The valuations continue to be challenging as they reflect a deteriorating economic environment, with pressure on energy prices and interest rates (that increase to subdue inflation). In this context, reduced liquidity amplifies valuations’ movement. Despite the negative performances of BK-7, its portfolio can resist default levels higher than bear anticipations. Finally, we continue to monitor opportunities cautiously and have bought attractive profiles.
